When you apply for one of our job openings, if your profile matches, we arrange a maximum of two interviews. The goal is simple: to determine if your professional project aligns with ours. And vice versa!
We may also invite you to complete an AssessFirst questionnaire from the comfort of your home. This tool complements our interviews and helps us validate the compatibility between your expectations and the management style of your future supervisor.
