The interview with Fed Group

The purpose of this initial meeting is to get to know you better: your career path, your skills, your expectations, and, most importantly, what you envision for your future! During this interview, we will also present the position(s) that align with your search. If you wish to move forward, we will present your CV and profile to our client and arrange a meeting with their recruitment team.

During this interview, and if you wish, you can also ask any questions you may have, as well as seek advice on improving your CV.

Your recruitment consultant will also guide you in preparation for your upcoming interview. They will inform you about the key skills and experiences to highlight in order to maximize your chances. Everything is done to ensure your success!

The interview process with our clients

Following your initial interview with Fed, we will keep you informed about our client's decision to meet with you, whether it's positive or negative. If the company wishes to meet you, you will then go through their standard recruitment process. Throughout this process, your Fed consultant will support you, all the way to a potential job offer, whether it's for a permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD), or temporary (intérim) contract. We will also guide you during the contract signing phase and throughout your entire integration period.

At every step of the recruitment process, you can count on the support and expertise of your Fed consultant, who will provide you with personalized advice. If you don't secure your next job right away, we will keep your CV in our Swiss candidate database, which is accessible to all of our consultants.
